Truvine International Christian School (TICS) is a Christian based school founded by Spirit-filled Christians who are pasionate about giving the Ugandan child an education that is not only knowledge impacting, but fun, innovative, creative and Christian based.
We use the Accelerated Christian Education (ACE) curriculum to instruct our students. Our founders sought a curriculum that not only looks at a child's grades, but also embraces other activities, allows innovation and critical thinking, as well as investigating and exploring a child's natural abilities.
We understand the demands of modern life often extend beyond day time. We are delighted to offer a warm embrace of care, not just during the day but also through the tranquil nights, for our littlest learners aged 6 months to 2 years.
For our Kindergaten section, we offer Iris Floris, a cirriuculum that combines both Cambridge and Montessori approach of eduction. Learning is child-centered, play-based and allows a child to think and be creative in all their endeavours.
For our Grade school. we use ACE, a one of a kind curriculum that introduces students early to taking responsibility for their learning, as it allows them to set goals, plan their days, score themslves and find their purpose for learning.
God in His sovereignty created us different to complement and appreciate one another. We are all endowed with amazing gifts meant to help us progress and prosper in this world. No student should be tagged "Failure" simply because they didn't score a certain mark in a particular subject.
